1. Have a great season for the kids of Batavia
2. Be fiscally responsible with BYB funds and meet the 2008 budget
3. Continue to develop BYB's long-term field development plan with the Batavia School District and Park District and complete plans for at least one new field
- Evaluate the outsourcing of a fund-raising campaign to support out long-term development plan
4. Continue to improve the operations and quality of both in-house and travel programs
- Enhance communications and organization by leveraging BYB's website
- Improve the quality and training of coaches and players through our coaches' development program
- Implement a consistent and coordinated schedule for BYB programs
5. Continue to improve the quality and apprearance of BYB fields
