Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Instructional League
- Jersey Order Deadline: Once team uniforms have been ordered for the season, no registration refunds will be issued. - Medical Exceptions: If a player suffers a season-ending injury or illness prior to the first game of the season, the Board may, at its discretion, issue a partial refund. - Refund Calculation: Any approved medical refund will be the total registration amount minus the cost of the uniform. - Documentation Required: To be considered for a medical refund, a formal note from a doctor documenting the injury or illness must be submitted to the Board.
